Jennifer Dellow has a Bachelor of Math in Pure Math and Combinatorics & Optimization from the University of Waterloo. She has worked in software for over 10 years, and has experience in software design, testing, technical writing, and project management. She specializes in running projects as a contractor for large educational organizations.

When Jenn's favourite fabric shop had to close its doors in summer 2022, she bought their large-format printer and transformed the business into Spool and Spindle Printshop, a PDF sewing pattern printing service.
